Customer Service Specialist
Salary: £33,000 + £5,940 in Bonus
Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid working after 3 months)
18-Month Fixed-Term Contract
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Specialistto join an award winning scientific organisation.
**To apply for this position, you must possess comprehensive skills in MS Dynamics CRM and a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
The Customer Service Specialist will provide support to Managed Serviced Contract (MSP) customers in delivering a seamless consolidated service for their technical and product enquiries. You will be involved in creating reports for the account managers.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Mailbox Enquiries and handling inbound calls
- Logging Faults within MS Dynamics CRM for the company and supplier equipment
- Collate data and update cases within Ms Dynamics CRM
- Manage partner supplier equipment maintenance and liaise with customers to organise these
- Escalation of customer issues
- Inventory management
- Create reports for Account managers
- Update MS dynamics CRM for newly installed partner supplier equipment
- Continuously strengthen and develop with business partners
- Attend all company training
**Essential skills required:
- Comprehensive skills in MS Dynamics and MS Office Suite
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within a customer service environment working towards KPI targets
- KPI writing experience for Customer accounts
- Strong Communication skills
- Stakeholder management
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience working within the field of diagnostics
- Experience working with managed service contracts
