As a result of their continued success, they are looking to recruit a Commercial Administrator to join their team based at their Head Office on the outskirts of York.

About the Role:

Organised and methodical with an eye for detail required. Administering several key company functions with a numeric slant

  • Production of Quotations
  • H/S Accreditations
  • Control of Financial Documents

Maintaining Personnel Records:

  • Training Records / CSCS
  • Time Sheets
  • Salaries
  • Employment Contracts
  • Licenses

Other Duties:

  • Fleet
  • Phone Contracts
  • Fuel Cards

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous Experience within a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  • Strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
