We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Repairs and Maintenance Team Leader.
Location: Council Offices, Southfield Road, Loughborough, Leicestershire, LE11 2TX
Rate: £21.30 per hour (Umbrella)
Duration: 25 weeks
In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and remediating damp and mould issues, as well as managing disrepair cases. This is a fantastic chance to apply your expertise and make a positive impact within the council's operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving damp and mould issues
- Expertise in handling disrepair cases
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
