Working closely with local authorities, education institutes and local employers, our unique concept of a 'training workplace' bridges the gap between education and employment.
We're seeking an Operations Manager to join our team, supporting the Managing Director and wider Senior Management team with the smooth operations of the organisation.
Based in Swindon, this permanent, part-time opportunity offers £40,000 (FTE) and can be flexible to suit.
In the role of Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing systems, facilities and risk and compliance to ensure smooth operations.
- Managing HR functions internally for our small team.
- Assisting with finance reconciliations and producing funding reports.
- Creating process maps and ensuring policies and procedures are updated and implemented as required.
- Working closely with the Managing Director to deliver our employability programme, including recruitment and management of volunteers.
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a PA / Operations Management position.
- Experience in a corporate management or education management background.
- Proven experience working on highly confidential matters and in a professional manner.
- Ability to confidently manage multiple tasks, prioritising effectively.
- Confidence in working independently with minimal supervision.
- Innate flexibility and the ability to think on your feet.
