Corporate Travel Account Manager

Are you an Account Manager or Client Success Manager? We are happy to be recruiting for an award-winning, family owned TMC. Based in, Hampshire the role is hybrid with an emphasis on being together regularly as a team to collaborate. Ideally you will have a background in Customer service, Sales or similar commercial relationship led roles. If you have a passion delivering results and making a genuine impact, we would love to speak with you.

The Job:

  • Building strong and meaningful relationships across our customer portfolio
  • Continually demonstrating the value, we curate through world class cost savings and efficiencies.
  • Managing the client lifecycle from onboarding through to successful renewal
  • Reducing churn and maximising revenue opportunities
  • Working to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction for all stakeholders.
  • Being an advocate for within the industry
  • Identifying opportunities for new products and service

Skills Required:

  • Laser focused on outcomes and results.
  • Commercially astute, able to identify opportunities and execute them.
  • A relationship builder with a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Articulate, with sharp communication and presentation skills.
  • Inquisitive, analytical in nature
  • Ability to engage credibly at all levels with the Client's business from travel booker to CXO
  • Prior Travel Management experience

The Package:

  • Salary £35,000 - £40,000
  • Hybrid working
