Based in, Hampshire the role is hybrid with an emphasis on being together regularly as a team to collaborate. Ideally you will have a background in Customer service, Sales or similar commercial relationship led roles. The Job:
- Building strong and meaningful relationships across our customer portfolio
- Continually demonstrating the value, we curate through world class cost savings and efficiencies.
- Managing the client lifecycle from onboarding through to successful renewal
- Reducing churn and maximising revenue opportunities
- Working to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction for all stakeholders.
- Being an advocate for within the industry
- Identifying opportunities for new products and service
Skills Required:
- Laser focused on outcomes and results.
- Commercially astute, able to identify opportunities and execute them.
- A relationship builder with a high level of emotional intelligence
- Articulate, with sharp communication and presentation skills.
- Inquisitive, analytical in nature
- Ability to engage credibly at all levels with the Client's business from travel booker to CXO
- Prior Travel Management experience
The Package:
- Salary £35,000 - £40,000
- Hybrid working
