Reed Finance is working with a growing organisation in Bath recruiting for a Head of Finance.
This role is #1 in Finance and a key part of the Senior Leadership Team. It will be a broad role with responsibilities including:
- Managing and developing the Finance team.
- Stakeholder engagement/ business partnering.
- Supporting innovation and continuous improvement.
- Leading projects and contributing to the strategic planning of team projects,
- Being the lead contact for the annual external audit.
- Cashflow forecasting.
- Overseeing the management accounts.
- Budgeting and reporting.
