Permanent Role | Welshpool, Powys | £37,000 - £39,500 per annum
Are you an experienced Fabricator Welder looking for a new challenge? This company, a leading manufacturing business in Welshpool, Powys, is seeking 2 Fabricator Welders to join their team on a permanent basis.
We have 2 vacancies available working either a 40- or 45-hour working week.
40 Hour Contract
- Starting salary of just over £30,500 per annum
- Opportunity to earn just under £32,500 per annum when fully competent
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- 7.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 11.30am finish Friday
45 Hour Contract
- Starting salary of just under £37,000 per annum
- Opportunity to earn just under £39,500 per annum when fully competent
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays
- 6.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 11am finish Friday
The hiring manager is looking for someone who has previous fabrication and MIG welding experience preferably with mild steel.
What You Will Do:
- Fabricate a range of products
- MIG Welding work
- Ensure components meet the required customer standards
- Working with various materials and steel
- Working from Engineering drawings
- Other duties as assigned
What You Will Bring:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Previous MIG Welding experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
