- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Legal team.
- Assisting in the management of legal projects and tasks.
- Coordinating with various departments within the company.
- Ensuring legal documents are accurately maintained and updated.
- Assisting in the preparation of legal reports and presentations.
- Managing timelines and schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive company information.
- Supporting the Legal team in any additional tasks as required.
Profile
A successful Legal Project Administrator should have:
- Qualifications in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- High level of proficiency using Microsoft 365 applications, including (but not limited to) Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Salesforce & Docusign knowledge preferable
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good understanding of the Technology & Telecoms industry.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
