Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join a growing law firm based in Northampton.
Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant will have a minimum of one year's experience working in a busy residential conveyancing property department
- Proficient IT skills in MS Office
- A good working knowledge of using case management systems
- Excellent communication skills both writtem and verbal
- Team player with strong organisational skills
The Role:
- You will be supporting the team leader in dealing with initial paperwork and issuing draft contracts
- Ordering and checking routine property searches
- Setting up matters for completion
- Potentially managing your own caseload
- Dealing directly with clients, estate agents and lenders
- General administration
Monday to Friday role 9 am -5 pm
Salary: £22,550 pa to £23,000 pa + excellent benefits package to include free parking, employee discount, life insurance, store discount, cycle to work scheme and more!
