Job Title: Sheltered Scheme Manager
Contract Duration: Up to 2 months, with potential for extension
Locations: Greenwich & Bexley
We are looking for a Sheltered Housing Assistant to provide cover across our Greenwich and Bexley schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly health and safety checks, including:
- Fire panel testing
- Communal checks for slip, trips, and falls
- Noting any repairs and sending them through
- Addressing any other housing-related issues identified at the schemes
Requirements:
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Ability to work full-time (35 hours per week) Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
- Expected to cover 2 schemes per day
- Enhance DBS (Child + Adult)
