Aftersales Coordinator

We are recruiting for an Aftersales Coordinator to join the team of our client who are based in Milton Keynes. The role is part of the Aftersales team whose primary function is to assist their field-based subcontractors.

Our client's goal is to create healthier and happier communities through outdoor play and fitness solutions.

This role is a key point of contact for the office team and the subcontractors and takes responsibility to effectively coordinate the subcontracted repair works for the department.

Key responsibilities for an After Sales Coordinator

  • Convert quotes in the system to order status upon receipt of customers purchase orders
  • Raise PO's for relevant parts and coordinate their delivery
  • Summarize the works required into a concise report for the subcontractor to use to complete the work
  • Check the completion of work by subcontractors and issue final documentation to customers
  • Generate invoices upon completion of work
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects, balance workload, and communicate when support is needed to meet deadlines.
  • Provide phone support to contractors regarding any queries on the work orders.

Experience and skills for an After Sales Coordinator

  • Experienceofworkingina coordinator role before
  • Experience in Word, Excel, Microsoft Suite, and an ERP system
