Hyde is looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager.

As a Senior Project Manager at Hyde, you will be working within the Programme Delivery team to oversee and lead complex IT projects from inception through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage expectations.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans.
  • Track project costs and manage project budgets, reporting financial performance to senior management.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in project and programme management within the IT industry, delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience in delivering enterprise applications and large system deployments.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and risk management principles.
  • Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, as well as experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project and JIRA.
