Salary: £42.5 k per annum DOE

The Company:

Due to expansion, we are seeking an experienced Nominated Individual/Director ready to advance in their career. The successful candidate will manage and lead our supported living services, covering the Milton Keynes area and Northwest, with some travel required to the Northwest. Responsibilities include the day-to-day operational management of the business and business expansion.

Our well-established company offers multiple semi-supported living provisions for individuals aged 16-18 in both the Northwest and South regions. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact. We specialize in supporting young people with employment, education, self-esteem, independence, mental health, and preparation for adulthood.

Responsibilities:

  • Location: Based at head office in Milton Keynes with some travel to the Northwest.
  • Management: Oversee all support staff, home managers, placement officers, and office staff in both the North and South regions.
  • Liaison: Collaborate with local authorities, social workers, and other external agencies to support young people.
  • Quality Service: Deliver high-quality, person-centered services.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in semi-supported living and 3 years in management.
  • Leadership: Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ofsted: Experience with Ofsted is advantageous.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Manage all regulated activities on-site, ensuring the service is safe, compliant, and meets regulatory standards.
  • Supervision: Oversee the management of regulated activities, ensuring high-quality services.
  • Safeguarding: Implement and supervise safeguarding policies and procedures, reporting to regulatory bodies.
  • Communication: Maintain regular and effective communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience within semi-supported living.
  • Minimum of 3 years' management experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with Ofsted is a plus.
  • Passion for providing high-quality, person-centred services.
