Spa Therapist - Part time, permanent

The Role:
As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering the highest standard of customer service while providing a range of luxurious treatments. You'll ensure each guest has an exceptional experience and leave feeling refreshed and pampered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide bespoke treatments including pregnancy massages, body scrubs, body wraps, facials and more.
- Reflect the positive image of the destination spa, delivering a warm, friendly, and professional service.
- Offer in-depth knowledge and advice on spa products and procedures.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation within the spa.
- Work on a shift rota basis, includes weekends and bank holidays.

Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 beauty therapy or equivalent qualifications.
- Fully qualified in massage and facials.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but we welcome those with a genuine desire to prove themselves as first-time therapists.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but we welcome passionate individuals ready to begin their spa therapy careers.
- A customer-focused approach with a warm, friendly personality.
Working Hours:
- 15 hours
- Typical treatment hours are 11am to 7pm.
- 2 out of 7 days on a shift rota basis, planned one months in advance. Will include weekends
