Currently partnering with one of the fastest-growing UK online brands who is seeking a Brand Manager to join their team. As a Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping brand identity and developing strategic marketing plans to maintain our brands' position as market leaders.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with company goals and industry trends.
- Conduct market research focusing on sustainability to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and monitor competitors.
- Collaborate with product development teams for consistent brand messaging and optimal product positioning.
- Plan, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
- Oversee brand communication channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand values.
- Analyse campaign performance and market data to refine strategies and enhance brand performance.
- Work closely with brand teams and internal teams to drive brand initiatives and foster brand loyalty.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Brand Manager.
- Experience in the plastics industry or FMCG sector is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of market trends, sustainability practices, and online retail dynamics.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
