Are you interested in heading up the Paid Media division for an organisation who are truly a market leader and major player in their industry? Want to work in a truly varied role, with full creative reigns to strategize Paid Media accounts with the backing of a multi-million pound budget? Our reputable Global Professional Services client have a fantastic opening for a brand new Head of PPC to lead their talented in-house Performance team.

Your team of four will be working across various PPC accounts across multiple international territories; this role will see you assist in the growth and optimisations of Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic channels and be focussed on bringing all these channels together to ensure they're working in perfect harmony. This role would be perfect for an existing Senior Manager / Lead ready for their first step-up into a Head of role coming from a 'hands on' background in Lead Generation environments!

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the planning and daily management of multiple PPC accounts on Google and Microsoft networks.
  • Develop strategic plans for all PPC accounts managed within the team, prioritizing growth in lead generation and cost efficiency improvements.
  • Integrate all paid channels, including paid social media and programmatic advertising trials, to provide additional benefits to Group companies.
  • Continuously optimize account performance through testing.
  • Produce and present reports on PPC activity to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with PPC and wider digital team members to achieve optimal results from all accounts.
  • Manage large budgets across paid media channels.
  • Ensure proactive tracking and accurate attribution.
  • Maintain an overview of all paid search activities, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Coach and mentor PPC team members to enhance their work quality.

Your skills & experience:

  • 5+ years PPC experience – either agency or in house – Lead Generation experience is essential
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Data Studio and Google Analytics with a passion for data analysis
  • Able to develop a long-term strategy with hands-on ability to get things done.
  • A strong commercial acumen and results driven
  • Previous experience of planning, forecasting and budgeting
