We are recruiting for 7.5Tonne or new pass Class 2 drivers for our client who is a well-established retail business located in Wednesbury.
As a delivery driver you will be delivering and installing smart tech, washing machines, fridge-freezers, 4K TVS and more to customer homes within the Midlands / Wales area.
Our client prides themselves on their level of customer service to their customers in store, on-line and within their homes.
Duties:
- Lifting heavy items and completing a multi-drop driving role
- Ensuring the right products get to the right places at the right time.
- Installing a range of different products for customers
- Providing a first-class customer service
Requirements:
- A full Class C1 UK/EA licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- CPC and Digi Tachograph card
- A passion for delivering great customer service.
- The ability to handle heavy stock.
- All drivers will need to pass a basic DBS check
Working Hours & Pay:
- A shift pattern of five over eight days (5 on 3 off - requiring only 2 full weekends in an 8-week rotation)
- Start time is 7am (latest) until finish.
- £13.00 per hour flat rate
