Our client, a global brand in the creative sector, is recruiting a Workplace & Project Manager, to join their Property Service team in their UK head office, located in a great central location- Kings Cross, London. We are looking for someone with experience of leading office moves, space planning, and a strong understanding of H&S.

The property services department looks after all building and facilities services and their mission is to deliver a dynamic and innovative service, providing services to 7 satellite sites based around greater London and to deliver a 5-star service to staff and visitors alike, thinking in proactive and creative ways to drive value and service within a fun and creative environment.

Job purpose of the Workplace & Project Manager will be directly involved in the delivery of the following services:

  • Workspace strategy
  • Space planning
  • Projects management
  • Moves
  • Internal client relationship
  • Contractors' management
  • Health & safety
  • Creation of work permit and build a strong relationship with the landlords

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in managing large office projects
  • Strong knowledge of building systems
  • Project, workplace and move management experience is essential.
  • A sound understanding of all aspects of professional facilities management, delivering services to high measured standards.
  • Exceptional diplomacy and Influencing skills with good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactively promotes and drives change.
  • Ensures appropriate professional working standards are maintained.
  • Strong negotiating skills.
  • Holds NEBOSH or equivalent H&S certificate.

In return, our client is offering a salary up to £46,000 with bonus, generous holiday allowance and full corporate benefits package.
