ROLE: NQ Solicitor - Developer team
LOCATION: Southampton
SALARY: £60,000 to £67,000
The Role:
- Handle a broad Commercial Property caseload from start to completion
- Build and nurture strong client relations within the Developer and Commercial Property legal market
- Contribute to the growth and strategy for Real Estate within the business
The Person:
- A qualified Solicitor with a strong aptitude for Commercial Property law (must have completed a Commercial Property seat as part of their training contract)
- Have an enthusiasm for building lasting relationships with a range of clients
- Someone who is keen to enhance their commercial understanding and how to proactively work with clients
