Learning & Development Programme Manager - London (Hybrid) - £60-65K plus 10% bonus - Perm

Are you an experienced Learning & Development professional looking to make a global impact? We have an exciting opportunity for an L&D Programme Manager to join a dynamic team within an International consumer goods manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement both global and local L&D programmes that support business goals.
  • Source and manage external L&D partners.
  • Gather, maintain, and analyse HR L&D metrics.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new L&D requests.
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of programmes.
  • Collaborate with the HRIS Programme Manager and US Total Rewards Team on technical issues.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and their resources.
  • Deliver internal L&D programmes within EMEA/APAC subsidiaries as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Relevant experience in designing and delivering L&D programmes across multiple regions.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Degree-level education or higher.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
  • Strong time management, strategic thinking, and task orientation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a multicultural, international, and matrixed organisation.
