Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR advice, guidance, and support to management and employees.
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct thorough employee relations investigations, ensuring fairness and compliance.
- Support talent acquisition and retention initiatives, contributing to the growth of our talented workforce.
Qualifications:
- CIPD Level 3 qualification is essential working towards level 5
- Proven HR experience, atelast to two years demonstrating a deep understanding of HR principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and industry best practices.
