In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for developing the O&M function within the business, which will have a significant impact on EV charging infrastructure across the UK. This will involve developing the O&M strategy, implementing new processes, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless collaboration across all stakeholders to maximise delivery.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Senior Authorised Person (minimum 11kV), looking for the opportunity to move into a leadership / management position.

The Role:
- Grow and shape the O&M function of the business
- Develop O&M strategy; implement innovative processes and procedures to maximise success
- Build relationships and collaborate with clients, contractors, and partners to ensure seamless cooperation across assets
- Structure and negotiate O&M contracts
- Hybrid working: 2-3 days Office Based
The Person:
- Senior Authorised Person
- Experience working up to a minimum of 11kV
- Looking to move into leadership role and grow a department
- Valid UK Driving License
