Amazing client has a great new opportuity for an experienced Secretary with great Administration skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations.

ADMINISTRATOR/Secretary

Join this amazing company providing day to day secretarial support at Director level. The role will be include duties such as but not limited to:

Call screening and point of contact for Director enquires

Raise Purchase orders, deal with invoice queries

Prepare any expense claims for the team, liaise with accounts dept

Meet and greet visitors, post and scanning

Assist the customer services team with administration

Previous Secretary/Administration experience and qualifications:-

Previous experience in an administrative secretarial role essential

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

Competency in basic data entry tasks- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
