Financial Accountant - Reading - 6 month FTC - Insurance (Hybrid)
I'm working with an Insurance business looking for a Financial Accountant on an initial 6 month FTC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of the monthly management reporting for each SPV and the assets it owns under both local and group reporting GAAPs.
- Preparation of detailed and high-quality monthly variance analysis.
- Preparing of year end financial statements and assisting with year end audits.
- Assisting on the tax compliance, including quarterly VAT reporting.
- Liaising with 3rd party providers to ensure delivery of timely and high quality reporting.
- Cash management including monthly distributions.
- Working with the Head of Finance to provide adhoc financial analysis.
- Adhoc finance tasks and project work as requested.
Key Skills:
- Fully qualified Accountant
- Experience of preparing statutory accounts
- Previously worked within a Financial Services/ Insurance company
