Our client, a leading boutique financial markets firm, is seeking an ambitious, dynamic Accounts Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.
Your new role
This is a varied role with excellent potential for progression, direct interaction with senior executives, and increasing exposure to more advanced accounting duties over time.
The role will include executing transactional processes and managing the accounts payable / accounts receivable function, in addition to assisting with tax filings, regulatory (FCA) reports, management accounts and ad-hoc duties.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 1 year of accounting experience
- Working knowledge of accounting software such as SAGE, Xero, etc.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- University degree
