New Business Analyst Opportunity!
I have an opportunity to join a Derby based client with a national presence in a contract position as a Business Analyst to work on end of life system projects. They have a number of their systems coming to the end of life in the next 12 months meaning this role can lead into other projects within the business. This is a client that is in the public sector.
About the Role:
The client has a bespoke sector finance system that is coming to the end of life. They are looking for a Business Analyst to look at all of the billing/general ledger processes and gather requirements of what is critical for their next system when they go into discovery phase in 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the billing system
- Gather requirements from key stakeholders including the Programme Manager and Finance Director
- Gather requirements for a new billing system
- Cut through unused processes and identify what is not important in the current system
Ideally you will have:
- Previous technical experience of working on billing systems and have lead finance projects
- Can hold yourself accountable to key stakeholders
- Gather requirements
- Make recommendations for new systems.
