Summary of the role
We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Diligenta as a Senior Analyst to join our Governance and Control Team in Customer Services.
What you'll be doing
- Leading and developing a team of Risk and Control Analysts
- Be responsible for providing top-notch business analysis services, identifying, and communicating any issues to the business
- Proposing, supporting, and testing the design of effective business controls to mitigate operational risks
- Testing the effectiveness of controls

What we're looking for
- Previous experience in risk and controls, preferably within financial services
- Can confidently provide reliable advice and guidance to operational management
- Possess strong people management experience
