- Excellent Use of Initiative: Proactive and resourceful in supporting the diverse needs of students.
- Supportive Nature: Ability to provide encouragement and assistance to students and staff alike.
- Understanding of Different Children's Needs and Learning Styles: Tailoring support to fit each student's unique requirements.
