**Day to Day of the Role of an Electrical Installations Lecturer:
- Deliver high-quality teaching across levels 1 to 3 Electrical courses and apprenticeships.
- Engage with 16-18-year-old Study Programmes and 19+ learners on Study programmes.
- Create and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of all students.
- Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and contribute to curriculum development.
- Participate in continuous professional development activities.
**Required Skills & Qualifications for the Electrical Installations role:
- Hold an Electrical Installations qualification or equivalent, or have a minimum of 5 years of industrial experience.
- Possess a full teaching qualification or be working towards one.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and inspire learners.
- Exceptional organisational skills, good IT knowledge, and sound administration skills.
