- Providing technical support to customers
- Travelling to customer sites, as required for service, training and support (UK and international)
- Strong technical ability and experience with electro-mechanical products
- Good hands on engineering skills together with excellent problem solving ability
- Confident communicator on the telephone, via email and face to face
- Providing high levels of customer service
- Installations and training
