An exciting opportunity is available for an IT Support Analyst to join the team with this innovative, successful and fast-growing company based near Abingdon in Oxfordshire. This is a genuine growth position that will provide a great platform for someone with 1 or 2 years experience looking to push on and broaden their IT skills. It would also suit experienced candidates looking for variety and opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects. As part of a small team that's providing Server Management and 2nd/3rd line IT Support for a number of businesses within the group, you'll be working with a broad range of technologies making sure systems are maintained and working to a high standard. Our client is looking for a customer focused, team player that enjoys being busy and working on a range of BAU and Project related tasks. They'll consider applications from all levels of experience as long as you have strong foundations providing general desktop and IT support including server management. The role will require candidates to work weekend shifts remotely every 3 or 4 weeks, and there maybe occasional travel to other sites. The clients IT Infrastructure consists of the following technology, you're not expected to have experience with all of this as you'll be supported to learn and grow into the role if required;
- Hyper-V, VMWare, AZURE
- Technical Management - Win Server 2016, 2019
- Active Directory
- AV - Sophos Central, Kaspersky (Security Centre)
- E-mail - Gordano/Office 365
- Backup Software - Backup Exec, Veeam
- Windows 10, 11
- Networking Comms - Cisco Routers/Firewall, Fortinet Firewall, VPN
- Hardware - Servers/Laptops/PC
- Mobile Devices - Smart Phones/Tablets
- Phone Systems - MITEL
