My client is open to a NAM looking to progress their career, or an existing SNAM ready to make their mark, to manage existing national retailer relationships and also be responsible for driving growth in new national accounts. This role, with 2 days a week in a West London office, focuses on strategic planning, account management, and new business development.

Description
- Manage and develop relationships with key national accounts to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities within the UK retail to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with the business to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute account strategies to maximise profitability and market share.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favourable terms for the organisation.
- Ensure alignment of account activities with overall company objectives.
Profile
- Proven experience managing national grocery accounts.
- Experience selling challenger brands and fighting for share of space.
- A relevant background within personal care preferred.
- A strong background in sales and account management strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- The ability to analyse market data and make informed decisions.
- A results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving targets.
- Experience in developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Job Offer
