Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire groups of children in various activities.
- Create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children.
- Interact with parents and caregivers to ensure an excellent experience.
- Maintain punctuality and organization in all activities.
Requirements:
- Passionate about working with children and helping them build confidence.
- Energetic and confident in leading groups.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and punctuality.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Experience in roles such as teaching, guiding, coaching, or leading group activities (e.g., sports or exercise).
Desirable Qualifications:
- DBS checks
- Safeguarding certificates
- First aid qualifications
