Your new role
As Building Services Manager, you will play a crucial role by ensuring that all pre-construction tendering reviews are carried out to support the estimating team. In addition, you will oversee the site installation to ensure a smooth daily operation. Additionally, you will oversee maintenance of buildings and their services during the buildings' life span.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with positive feedback to back this working history up. You will need a CSCS card, SMSTS & First Aid qualification.
