Salary: £39,390 pro rata (National Framework) or £44,792 pro rata (London Framework - if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25) - There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £553 per annum for those working from home
Hours: Full-time 37 hours per week or talk to us about compressed hours
Contract: Fixed term/Secondment for 23 months
Location: Home-based or office based, flexible location

We're now looking for a Content Design Manager to join our team on a full-time basis for a 23 month fixed term contract.

What you will bring...

To be considered as our Content Design Manager, you will need:

- Experience working within a content design role
- Experience in digital and non-digital engagement techniques
- Experience advising colleagues on website and digital proposals
- Experience using different media and IT packages
- Experience managing digital projects across the whole lifecycle
- Experience in an Agile project management environment
- A clear understanding of content design principles, methodologies and best practice

What you'll be doing...

As our Content Design Manager, you will manage the design and delivery of content that serves our users across various services.

Working closely with key stakeholders, product managers and subject matter experts, you will ensure all content is based on user needs, is clear, accessible and presented in the most effective format to help users complete tasks easily.

You will lead a team of content designers, develop and implement an effective content strategy, oversee content delivery and ensure it's kept up-to-date and accurate.

Additionally, you will:

- Collaborate with user researchers to ensure content aligns with user needs
- Manage Content Designers, offering guidance and performance feedback
- Ensure services are accessible to all users and comply with the Public Engagement Strategy
