We are looking for a Business transformation Officer to join the team of an organisation based in the Chelmsford area on a temporary basis. This role is operating a hybrid model offering flexible working and the opportunity to develop your skills in a great organisation.

As a Business Transformation Officer, you will be:
- Supporting on the delivery of transformation plans, optimising service performance across the organisation
- Lead and manage a team, providing expertise across the organisation
- Collaborate with change and organisation development leads for change management
- Drive continuous improvement using data and external insights
- Influence leaders and stakeholder to implement design initiatives
- Ensure alignments with the client's workforce strategy and priorities
To be successful as a Business Transformation Officer, you will require:
- CIPD or working towards this
- Strong communication and report writing skills with the ability to influence internal and external stake holders
- Knowledge of critical factors in planning change and practical experience
- Experience using external insight, internal data to create and assess the impact of organisation design methodologies, frameworks etc
- Previous business change officer, change officer, transformation lead or change lead
