The Opportunity

Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with a local company to recruit a Finance Administrator. This is a great opportunity to work for a local organisation who is going through a phase of growth and expansion.

This is an on site role, Monday-Friday 37.5 hours a week

What the Finance Administrator will be doing:-
The ideal Financial Administrator will be responsible for

  • Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts for multi-entities, analysis and monthly supplemental schedule preparation.
  • Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
  • Preparation of audit schedules
  • Prepare bank and general ledger account reconciliations.

What the successful Financial Administrator will bring to the team:-
This role is suitable for someone who has:-

  • At least two years experience in an accountancy role
  • An understanding of double entry and accounting concepts
  • Experience in a professional services or construction industry is preferred.
  • Experience with a fully integrated financial system (ERP)

What the Business Support Administrator will get in return:-

  • £14 per hour
  • Monday to Friday, office based with good public transport links.
