Large prestigious law firm are currently looking for a part time legal document production specialist join on a fully remote working basis working three evenings per week.
This role calls for a highly experienced legal document production specialist, the position will be working three evenings per week from home, on the hours of 3pm - 10pm. The working days will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday, however working Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday is also an option.
The annual salary for this 3 evenings per week role will be £20,400 per annum plus an excellent annual bonus, perks, and benefits package.
As an Evening Document Production Specialist you will be working within a busy, deadline driven environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Producing and amending correspondence, documents, reports, deeds, attachments
- Transcription, through the use of digital dictation
- Document production and manipulation
- Proof reading and quality checking all work
- Effectively using systems to prioritise and complete incoming work
- Ensuring documents are produced within the required timescales
- Prioritising own work and proactively communicating if a deadline cannot be met
- Troubleshooting
To succeed in this role, you'll need to:
- Have previous experience of working within a document production team (3 years minimum)
- Accurate typing speed of at least 60 words per minute
- Confident at producing a variety of documents for legal groups and complex legal backgrounds
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to strip document formatting and repair problem documents on own or with support
