Finance Assistant
Media/Tech Start-Up | Central London | 30-35k | Hybrid (1-2 days a week in the office)
A rapidly growing, successful SME are on the lookout for a bright and ambitious finance assistant to join their close knit team.
Working closely with a Management Accountant you will have full ownership of the multiple AP inboxes for their London office.

Responsibilities - Finance Assistant
- Ownership of AP inbox
- Preparing bi-weekly payment runs for all entities
- Assisting the MA with intercompany posting, reconciliations and generating billings
- Assisting with VAT return checks & ensuring compliance
- Adhering to strict month end deadlines
- Assistance with year-end audit
- Other ad hoc analysis and reporting as required
The Person - Finance Assistant
- Self starter with a pro-active approach
- Strong communication skills in order to confidently talk to staff of different seniority levels and stakeholders
- Proven bookkeeping experience and accounts payable management
- Experience working in a multi-currency, multi-entity environment is highly advantageous
- Previous experience working in creative services is highly desirable
