Sales & Export Coordinator

Elevation Recruitment are excited to be working with a great business based in Chesterfield in their search for a Sales & Export Coordinator.
You will work with the wider Operations Team to ensure the efficient delivery of products including managing customer queries, processing orders, coordinating shipments, and problem-solving through internal communication channels.

Duties and Responsibilities Sales & Export Coordinator:
- Process and prioritise customer orders accurately
- Ensure orders have accurate part numbers, pricing, freight terms and export documentation
- Act as first point of contact for the customer providing updates on product availability, pricing, shipping dates, and tracking
- Ensure compliance with Incoterm rules for all shipments
- Arrange logistics with freight forwarders and negotiating pricing when necessary
- Process product including the credit process
- Coordinate with internal departments including Sales and Operations
- Participate in team and cross-departmental meetings
Key skills of the Sales & Export Coordinator:
- Experience in a customer service environment essential
- Knowledge of export documentation and requirements desirable
- Used to working in a busy office environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
