Contract: Permanent, Full time
Salary: £32,500 - £38,300 per annum

Our team is expanding, and we're on the lookout for a dedicated HR Consultant to join our welcoming HR Consultancy Team.

Why your role matters

This role is integral to our service delivery teams and focuses on providing a full HR generalist service across a dedicated portfolio of clients in all sectors and of varying sizes, as well as supporting with ad-hoc complex HR projects.

What you'll be doing

Using a pragmatic and commercial approach, you'll work proactively with clients understanding and anticipating their needs and challenges in a range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, performance management, capability and grievances. You will also work with clients on organisational change and strategy projects including restructuring and redundancy, TUPE, engagement, and reward. You will work with a range of clients, some of whom have an in-house HR provision and want strategic support; others will have no HR provision and will require coaching and guiding through employee relations matters.
You should be comfortable working in a fast paced and varied environment.

This is a hybrid role with an office base in Horsham. We may also consider remote applications depending on location.
