My client, based near Bracknell (hybrid), is a successful, acquisitive PE-backed entity and they are looking to recruit an Financial, planning & analysis (FP&A) Analyst.
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the role is focused on the value-add tasks and the role will strengthen the reporting and analysis and other areas of the FP&A team.
The role is fundamentally a reporting and analysis role with opportunities provided for candidates to develop their wider FP&A skills and finance business partnering within the organisation.
Responsibilities include:
- Production of performance reports on a weekly basis
- Supporting the wider FP&A team with monthly board packs.
- Monthly P&L and KPI variance analysis, supporting with commentary
- Working collaboratively with senior leadership team to drive and add value to the reporting and analysis for the division
- Highlighting key trends and working on process improvement in spotting key trends
- Supporting quarterly forecasting and budgeting within the division
- Ad hoc project work
The role offers study support, so we are looking for an individual who is actively studying their Accountancy qualification, with a strong academic background. The candidate will require solid excel and PowerPoint skills, a background in FP&A or other commercial finance roles would be desirable. If this role is for you. Please apply!
