As a
Trainee Recruitment Consultant
, you will work closely with experienced consultants and begin your Recruitment career focussing on Candidate Resourcing and researching the market, learning our process and systems whilst also becoming knowledgeable about the market.

- Confidence in your own ability and work ethic – 1st year is always tough in Recruitment so this needs to be a long-term commitment and career for you (It's good to make mistakes in early stages, this allows you to become efficient and learn quickly)
