Axon Moore are partnering with a rapidly growing business in Chorley to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant actively studying towards ACCA/CIMA or AAT. This progressive role requires a driven individual who is able to manage and prioritise workload effectively whilst being hungry for success. Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- P&L reconciliations
- Accruals and prepayments
- Bank reconciliations
- Intercompany accounting, i.e. group recharges
- Review of sales income reconciliation and posting monthly journals
- Payroll support
- Year-end and audit support
- Ad-hoc duties
**Required Experience and Skills:
- Degree or AAT background
- At least 1 years' experience within a finance/accounts role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational and time-keeping skills
- High attention to detail
- Solid understanding of the fundamentals of accounting
- Strong IT and MS Excel skills
