Laser Operative / Technician

Day to Day of the role:
- Operate and maintain laser marking equipment, ensuring any issues are promptly reported.
- Manipulate graphics on CAD software to meet customer specifications.
- Adhere to established processes for accurate and efficient production.
- Manage and prioritise tasks effectively according to the production schedule.
- Engage in training sessions to become proficient in company-specific processes.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety standards.
- Handle heavy equipment as required, following all safety protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong literacy, numeracy, and computer literacy.
- Excellent eyesight and spatial awareness.
- Proficiency with Windows OS and familiarity with CAD software, such as Adobe Illustrator.
- Exceptional manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow complex instructions and procedures accurately.
- Strong communication skills and the capacity to work well under pressure.
- Experience in a production line, assembly line, or quality control is highly advantageous.
