They are an independent British brand with big ambitions and a growing Marketing team. This company is recognised for its innovative approach and has seen significant growth in its market. We are partnering with them to recruit a Brand Manager, working hybrid from their offices in Poole, Dorset.
Your new role
As Brand Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities to build, deliver and optimise the marketing plan for your category. You will work with the senior marketing manager to help develop a cohesive global marketing plan, brief and collaborate with internal teams to create, launch and optimise both online and offline marketing activities, and be responsible for the core portfolio and new product campaigns including their definition, delivery and reporting across the category.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have experience working in a related sporting goods category, or perhaps have a passion for or previously been an athlete within cycling or outdoor sports. You will have experience of executing brand plans across different marketing disciplines, able to liaise seamlessly with internal teams, and with experience across sponsorship, budgeting, project management, campaign planning and execution.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of up to £35,000 plus benefits including company bonus scheme, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with service), pension scheme, and great product discounts. You will work in their vibrant offices In Poole, Dorset on a hybrid basis with some travel and weekend work required to attend industry events.
