Music Teacher/Lecturer

Empowering Learning are looking to appoint a Music Teacher to work within a Secondary School for an immediate start!

Knowledge on the GCSE Curriculum is essential & a proven track record of delivering high quality Music GCSE results.

Daily Tasks will include:

- Teaching & Delivering GCSE Curriculum
- Sole focus on delivering high quality lessons each day
- Sit in on SLT Team Meetings, having a say on Key Decisions within the School
- Managing Behaviour
- Building Relationships with staff, students & parents

Please see below the credentials we are looking for:

  • Previous experience working within a Secondary School Department
  • Track record of taking up a leadership role within a School
  • A person who is passionate, enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile to help and support children reach their maximum potential in every subject
  • Experience working with children who have learning difficulties - SEN
  • Be able to work well as part of a close knit team as well as think on your feet independently
