Page Personnel is exclusively working with a returning customer with their recruitment of an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their accountancy team on a 3 month temporary basis. The role is supporting an absence of sick leave and taking full ownership of the Accounts Payable ledger.

Our client is based on the outskirts of Southampton in very easily commutable offices with strong public transport links as well. They are a growing business who have had huge success over the last few years. Due to a team member absence, they need someone to cover this time.
Description
As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for:
- Processing invoices
- Dealing with staff expenses
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Running AP reports
- Bank reconciliations
- Chasing up outstanding invoices
- Dealing with supplier queries
Profile
In order to be considered for the Accounts Payable Clerk role, you must:
- Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
- Be available to start work by mid July (latest)
- Be able to multi task
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Be able to communicate effectively
