Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
As a Graduate Security Analyst, you will:
- Assist teams in understanding and executing security and compliance policies.
- Document and analyze various software solutions.
- Design and implement security systems and processes.
- Solve technical problems using a structured approach.
- Create and present training materials on security and policy.
- Analyze security data to identify trends.
- Take early responsibility for projects with structured feedback three times a year.
The Role:
- Analyze security data, design systems, educate teams, and solve technical problems to ensure compliance and security.
- Join a talented, motivated, and friendly team.
- Learn to combine innovation and technology to create new business models, guided by a management team led by former McKinsey partners.
- Receive structured training and coaching, with written feedback every three months.
- Take on real projects as soon as you are ready.
Requirements:
- 2:1 or 1st in a technical subject.
- Good A-levels or equivalent.
- Proven project delivery and task completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Keen interest in Security and Compliance.
- Interest in IT and Software.
