We are partnering with a homeless charity in South East London to recruit a permanent People Business Partner.
This full-time position offers a hybrid work arrangement with two days of remote work per week and an annual salary of £43,925.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Providing guidance on People practices such as restructures and employee relations
- Leading on People casework and employee relations with regards to conduct, performance, grievance, TUPE, restructures, and sickness absence
- Driving line manager capability, providing management coaching in complex or performance related cases and the delivery of people processes
- Supporting key stakeholders across the chairty through the People team, influencing and guiding on strategic issues such as organisational development and workforce planning efficiency (permanent role only)
- Partnerning with the charity to drive the diversity and inclusion, culture and engagement and wellbeing agendas and outputs (permanent role only)
Experience required:
- Significant experience within a People / People generalist role, ideally qualified to CIPD Level 7 or working towards this
- Strong track record and knowledge of UK HR legislation to manage the ER caseload
- Experience of effective use of data to provide insights that drive the strategic People plan
- Great attention to detail, ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good level of IT literacy in particular Excel, strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal / teamwork skills with an ability to facilitate and coach others
- Whilst committing to the team objectives, demonstrate personal accountability for delivery of personal actions

Working hours:
- 37.5 hours per week, Mon - Fri
